Comments on: Installation of Semantic Scuttle 0.89

Hallo, ich versuche seit Tagen Semantic Scuttle 0.97 zu benutzen,
kann mich aber nicht einloggen. Nach der Installation “Enable
registration” war noch auf true, wollte ich mich, wie oben
empfohlen, registrieren. Dabei fiel mir auf, dass meine
eingetragene Adminmail-adresse nicht, wie alle anderen Felder,
vorausgefüllt war. Und nach dem Klick auf “regstrieren” bekam ich
nur eine weiße Seite. Die Tabelle users in der Datenbank ist auch
nach wie vor leer. Selbst das manuelle eintragen brachte nichts
(ich finds schlimm, dass die Passwörter da klar drin
stehen(einfaches varchar-feld) oO! ) Hatte jemand diesen Bug auch
schon mal und kann mir helfen? Viele Grüße

neee is kein spam habs wieder gelöscht auch hab ich kein Interesse
an einem Gegenlink von deiner seite da du das nofollow attribut im
-code verwendest. Danke für deine Hilfe aber ich glaub nicht das es
daran liegt das eine fehlermeldung erscheint werds aber trotzdem
ändern. Obern ist nochmal die Fehlermeldung bitte helfen. Danke im
vorraus

Hallo “Scuttle Fehler” aka “Internetuser”,

die Fehlerbeschreibung bei deinem ersten Kommentar ist äußerst dürftig. Der Link führte auf keine Scuttle-Installation, habe ihn gelöscht, schaut eher wie Spam aus.

Soweit ich weiß gibt es kein Scuttle Forum auf Deutsch. Das offizielle Semantic Scuttle Forum ist englischsprachig. Dieser Blog hier ist zweisprachig.

Auf deiner Scuttle-Installation ist mir aufgefallen, daß du als Tag “+ geniales” verwendest, das scheint nicht gut zu funktionieren. Nimm einfach mal das “+” raus.

nice to see you back. Thanks a lot for figure this out. Until now I didn’t know and understand what the watchlist is good for.
Yes, you can add a user to your watchlist. The easiest way is to visit his/her bookmarks and use the link “add to watchlist”. After this you can find the bookmarks of the user on your watchlist.
Nice feature. Until I use my Semantic Scuttle installation only for my bookmarks – there is no other user – I didn’t know this. Thanks again.

The watchlist is “backwards.” When I “add to watchlist” it allows
the other user to watch me. For ME to see their shared links THEY
need to add me to their watchlist. Have you noticed this?
