Since some weeks I’m using now for My Bookmarks the software Semantic Scuttle 0.89, a further development of Scuttle. Actually planned for “Social Bookmarks” it is also useful to organize a collection of “private” Bookmarks. The big advantage is, that you have always access to your bookmarks at any place and with any browser.

Semantic Scuttle 0.89 is already usable but some functions are missing. For example an easy ability to delete unwanted users (spammer) and their bookmarks. At Scuttle Patches Tracker is published a solution for this by Andreas Jaggi. Because some may have problems to realize this modification I made the necessary adaptation. You can download the final result. Please consult for installation the enclosed readme.txt.

Recently I played again a little with the superb program Inkscape. Yesterday I found by accident the excellent video-podcast at heathenx. In Episode 045 – Snapshot Mosaic by Richard Querin you can see how to separate a picture in parts. Here is my first result:

Actually I should work on the blog-theme (really needed) but when I saw this podcast I immediately had to try this by my own.

As written, the reason for the 404 error is caused by the applet ptviewer.jar.

This error message the user didn’t see because the applet is running without any problems. Nevertheless, 404 messages are not satisfactory.

Finally, I find a solution by redirecting via .htaccess.

I just found the Wordpress Plugin to display panoramas (WP PTViewer). I like it and it will help me to publish my panoramas step by step.

The day after was really not easy, but: congratulations the Spanish soccer-team for getting the cup. They deserve the victory, German players hardly tried but didn’t persuade.

Even Cariño knows, there will be only one winner. Though he is Spanish, he believes that the Germans will make the game today.

By accident I found today morning a very funny 404-page. At Lookitsme is living the 404 frog.
Such error pages you want to see more frequent. It reminds me, that I also should have a better 404-page. But so far I don’t have a good idea and the one with the frog is already used.

Also very nice are the error pages at Robsite.de, JoeK.com, Amanda’s Castle or World of Ryan Cordell.
