Recently I played again a little with the superb program Inkscape. Yesterday I found by accident the excellent video-podcast at heathenx. In Episode 045 – Snapshot Mosaic by Richard Querin you can see how to separate a picture in parts. Here is my first result:

Panorama from the “Zittauer Gebirge”

Actually I should work on the blog-theme (really needed) but when I saw this podcast I immediately had to try this by my own.

This article is only available in German, but you can find my solution for the 404-probleme here.

I just found the Wordpress Plugin to display panoramas (WP PTViewer). I like it and it will help me to publish my panoramas step by step.

But why this plugin always tries to access “http://akeller.eu/PTDefault.html“, which delivers 404-errors, I don’t understand but I will investigate and find the problem.

But for now the first panorama. Try it, with the mouse you can move the picture.
